"Move with us had been tasked with selling a property local to me for a housing association. They used a local estate agent to market the property. I put an offer in the property which the local estate agent said was accepted. I was told to wait for “move with us” to contact me. They did not, then I saw on Rightmove that the property was marked as SSTC. Beth Puxley stated she tried to call me, only for her to then say “perhaps I called the wrong number”. She had my e-mail and number but I didn’t receive any contact. Long story short, I was told I had the property, I was asked to waste my time preparing documents for them only to be told the next day the property had been sold to someone else after I’d received a letter accepting my offer. I found them very unprofessional, sneaky and underhand and not communicative at all. I do not trust this company."

"Definitely read all the bad reviews and believe them! Absolute nightmare with them, they're absolutely clueless and have no idea on law or procedures getting it wrong at every turn! They are unbelievably slow to respond unless its something they want then you will get bombarded with several calls and emails a day to the point of harassment! And when they do respond they obviously haven't read the email sent as they start asking questions that have already been answered! By far the worst buying and selling experience of my life and I will NEVER use them again!"

"Saw all the bad reviews. Was really really regretting trying to get a property which used this management company. They were really good with our solicitors and was quick with emails back and forth. They clearly do have some really bad employees reading the reviews. But glad we stuck trying to get our house as we are now in and the probate only took 10 weeks. Clearly we were fortunate having a good experience purchasing our first house."

"If you can, avoid using Move with Us at all costs - it was an absolutely appalling service. The correspondence was always with someone different, information never got passed on properly, was always reassured we would be contacted and never were. The list could go on but we were stunned by the incompetence."

"Disgusting and Offensive Treatment We jumped through hoops to meet their ridiculous deadlines, got absolutely everything sorted within 2 weeks, after realising they had put the house back on the market without telling us, despite our (pretty generous) offer being accepted - only to be told that they have accepted another offer and they will no longer be moving forward with ourselves. Very sneaky and very underhand. Do not go forward with the mortgage broker they pressure you into using, they’re equally awful and if like in our case - they will accuse you of being criminals to avoid taking your case. We offered to get the police involved after this wrongful accusation and conveniently they cut all communication after that and told us never to call them again ( we had called twice). They do not answer the phone, you have to call them constantly to get through and even then they never seem to know what your talking about- constantly shifting blame to their colleagues. This has been the most stressful, offensive and appalling experience. I could have never expected a company to act so unprofessionally, it’s hard to believe it’s even legitimate. If you can avoid this company then do. I wish i could take back the time they’ve wasted."
