"I bought a pair of Hoka one one shoes in Gore-tex from 21RUN. The purchase was made on 23/8 2023, used these for two months before winter came because then they became too cold. Then I took them out in the spring and used them on occasions when it rained. The first week of October 2024, on a very rainy day, I discovered that the shoes no longer held tightly. I then contacted 21RUN to make a complaint, the answer I got was that my warranty had expired and that they could do nothing. I then explained to them that as a consumer you have the right to complain for three years and that a warranty and a complaint are not the same thing. Warranty 1 year and complaint 3 years. Then I also know that Gore-Tex has a lifetime warranty on its material. At the moment I have not received any feedback from the company."

"May 2025: Unfortunately had to switch again when QuickNet had to raise its prices. Will now have Bredband2 instead. QuickNet did nothing to try to keep me as a customer, This is a sad development and I hope that you as suppliers start to do something about this together. Because the development is going in the wrong direction when it comes to Broadband at the moment. Prices are starting to get too high. Previous info: Mimer has switched to Zitius and therefore Bahnhof raised its price on my broadband 250/250 from 369 SEK to 469 SEK. Quicknet charges 424 SEK for 1000/1000 and Bahnhof 549 SEK. I am satisfied so far and hope the price does not increase. Seems to be running well and hope that there will be no problems when the switch to Zitius takes place. Thank you also for the good email support and that it was smooth when switching from Bahnhof to Quicknet. Will be rated 5 out of 5 after the change if no problems arise and the price remains the same."

"Worst in Class 2024. Has solid experience with both lawn mowers and service. It is the worst company on the market in Europe. Extremely long delivery times for spare parts. Poor quality of AL-KO batteries and extremely nonchalant customer service. Things break and you can't count on help. The company should move back to the country it comes from. The Nordic market is being heavily downgraded and it might as well close down the business."
