"The people here have ALWAYS been extremely nice even when the store is busy. And when I didn't know I was suppose to pack the box myself they were still very nice to point out the QR code said customer pack. I was happy to pay the dollar for them to tape up the box. I have always been treated very well at this store. They are all wonderful ❤️."

"I have an issue with the large man with the black and gray long hair and beard! I have taken my my returns and other shipping needs there without an issue. Red head gentleman and young lady so very helpful and pleasant. This man was rude about some Amazon returns. And I know exactly what they do. Throw them in a flimsy plastic bag w label and toss in giant box. I reluctantly accepted responsibility for 2 pkgs. The 3rd was ridiculous! I never opened this. Still sealed and mushed! Like the way Amazon sends some things. Gave me hard time because it said customer pack on return QR code. Gave more attitude and said I'll return it but you may not get your money. Let him keep it cuz he said he already made the label. I asked for my big box back and he wouldnt give it to me. He said I couldn't have it because he was packing my little flat 12x12x1 item in it! He said I can have it back for $1.39! I'm so disgusted! I never post things like this."
