"Not at all consistent, even in writing when we sent them detailed information about what we needed with images etc. they still did not complete each project. There is no communication between them, one tells you "it can be done", another that "it cannot be done". In general, in our cooperation we could not reach an agreement, they wanted to blame it on the fact that we cannot communicate, so we started sending all our requests or issues by email so that there would be no misunderstanding. However, that did not help either. They wanted to charge us for custom while it was within our contract. They keep changing technicians, the technicians and the programmers cannot reach an agreement. And now, that we changed dealers, we are paying €12,000 just for customizations that need correction and damn it from the beginning. I am very sorry for this cooperation, as it cost more than A LOT of money, a lot of wasted time and the indignation of the entire company. Admittedly, it was a large amount of work, but one would think that such a company could cope... and if it couldn't, it would have the seriousness to say "I can't". I hope Mr. Spyros will soon get a handle on what is going on in his company, because he is very sympathetic. PS. Our client had a collaboration with them as well, and told us that he would take them to court."
