Sou mineira e tenho pânico de hospitais, a verdadeira síndrome do jaleco branco. Sair de casa e me deslocar até um hospital tão distante foi um grande desafio emocional para mim. Durante o caminho, passei mal e cheguei a pensar em desistir de tomar o soro antirrábico. No entanto, ao chegar ao hospital, tive uma grata surpresa. Minha primeira impressão já foi muito boa: um ambiente onde percebi profissionais trabalhando em paz, com serenidade e sorrisos no rosto. Algo que, infelizmente, nem sempre vemos, inclusive em hospitais particulares, mesmo tendo plano de saúde. Fui extremamente bem atendida por TODOS com quem tive contato, sem exceção. Destaco com muita gratidão o porteiro, médico que me atendeu, a técnica de enfermagem do pronto-socorro Cirlene Nascimento, o atendente Rafael e também a enfermeira que aplicou o soro. A calmaria, a paciência, o carinho e a atenção dessa equipe fizeram toda a diferença. Graças a eles, consegui me manter calma e segura durante todo o atendimento. "Fui encaminhada para esse hospital, precisei fazer uma cesária de emergência pois tive pré eclampsia, fui muito bem tratada e acolhida nesse momento pois estava em choque sem acreditar que iria ter que tirar minha bebê praticamente um mês antes da da data do parto dela , em todas as áreas fui muito bem cuidado e acolhida , no momento da cesária me acalmaram graças a Deus deu tudo certo e hoje estou com minha filha nos braços só tenho a agradecer, que Deus continue abençoando cada anjo que trabalha nesse hospital 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽"
