"Bank Fraud / Card Theft I'm an individual in Scotland. This company is unable to explain how they got my personal debit card or why they have attempted a transaction. There's another review here from a person in England saying they've done the same to him. You can see here they won't respond to that person or myself. I got a reply from the operations manager who claims he can't check his messages and it's not his problem. Several calls have gone unreturned. There is no legitimate explanation for this it's just crime and they aren't shy about it. Bank of Scotland have opened a fraud investigation."
