"EDIT: since my initial review new management has taken over for D&F and are now owned and managed by AIR and most of the staff has changed besides a few. Matt is wonderful and is still here as well as the original maintenance guy who goes above and beyond. I did however have an issue I brought to their attention via our resident portal and have not heard back regarding this matter and how they plan to address it. It has now been 2 weeks. I really hope this doesn’t show the direction of this new company. I will leave my 5 star until proven otherwise. Initial review: March ‘23 My Move-In day was yesterday. while there were a few hiccups that were out of their hands, they definitely made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I had the pleasure of going through this whole process with Matt and Will. They were great with answer any questions/concerns at all that I may have had along the way. From day one of visiting I was absolutely blown away by the amenities that are offered here, from in house amenities like the washer and dryer( in laundry room )to the heated indoor pool and VR room. The Gym is quality as well so I am beyond excited to use it soon! I see a Sunny future for this community!! Happy to be home!"
