"I received several calls from the very persistent sales rep for nearly a year. When we finally decided to go with them for our website I was confident it would work out. We paid upfront and I was and remain severally disappointed. I instantly regretted the decision. Called the Sales Rep (Who I am choosing not to name, my fellow Cowboy fan) and suggested a bait and switch he assured me that wasn't the case. Here we are 6 months later and still no website. I would recommend churches use a different company if they need a website. We are not a mega church and we are probably not their usual demographic, yet and still I expected professionalism and quality, those expectations were sadly unmet. Perhaps the sales guy was misleading (especially concerning WordPress) or perhaps the designer was not motivated or interested. It is even possible for both to be true. What I know is our "new" website is not live and we have wasted more money than our church should have had to. If you are interested, not a mega church and possibly unlike the majority of the churches REACHRIGHT works with. I would NOT recommend. 2 Stars is the rating because there is technically a site, I'd just have to pay someone else to design it and then make it live."
