"It's been the worst experience of my life. If you want to study in a place where you're never valued, no matter how hard you work, while they pass people who do absolutely nothing just because they already have low expectations of them, this is the place for you! If I could choose the two worst years of my life, I'd choose these two I've spent here. I won't miss anything about this place except the cafeteria, which has the only two wonderful people in that prison called a school. Instead of teachers, they seem like robots. I've never seen so little empathy from so many teachers. You ask them for understanding about being late on an assignment, even if it's due to personal reasons, explaining why (I shouldn't have to share my personal problems), and they treat you with the least possible empathy, despite knowing the reasons, as if you've committed murder and can't afford anything. While someone else who submits a terribly done piece of work on time gets a perfect score. The main reason I came to this university was for the Erasmus opportunity, but thanks to a teacher they assigned (who was absolutely useless and, on top of that, hysterical and completely unhinged), I failed the subject I was particularly good at, thus losing my chance at Erasmus. Not to mention the project assignments and the limited time they give you to complete them. I had to retake the first-year course I failed, complete my final year project, and do my internship all at the same time (plus, we also have lives and problems outside of university), and it's been an indescribably stressful and awful experience. They make you do a thousand identical, pointless assignments instead of removing them and investing time in worthwhile work. Then, because of the limited time available, they criticize you for not doing it better, fail you, and keep piling on the workload. Mendizabala is a hypocritical place that tries too hard to maintain appearances while treating its students like human garbage. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. I'm only giving it one star because it won't let me give it zero."
