"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a coat for a family member for Christmas (the only present they would revive since we do secret Santa as a family). The Evri driver ran off with it and we never saw it (Evri is aware). No contact from Regatta about this, or reply to my email. No compensation. Like a fool I placed a new order. This time despite putting the correct address in, when the order confirmation email came through it was a different address (over 100 miles away). I alerted Regatta within 30 minutes of the order confirmation. The response I received (which at the time of writing is before the courier, Evri, has even received the parcel from Regatta): - We aren’t liable for an incorrect address - We can’t change the address - You’ll have to ask Evri to change the address once the receive the item (Evri state on their website that address changes must be arranged through the supplier). - It’s also not possible to cancel the order and get a refund. Once I received the item (which is going to be delivered 100 miles away), I can then send it back for a full refund. I tried the online chat but live chat isn’t available with no indication when it ever will be and the AI bot is riddled with typos and won’t actually do anything so we went in a loop for a while till I gave up. I tried calling the headquarters and there’s the option to leave a voicemail and receive a call back “usually within 2 hours”. But of course, the voicemail inbox is full so it’s not possible to leave a message. This is by far and away the absolute worst customer services I have ever encountered (and that’s saying something… there’s some absolute shocking customer services out there). I actually feel like I’ve somehow been scammed out of my money with no realistic way to ever receive the item I purchased because Regatta decided to continue pushing an order through that, within 30 minutes of it being placed, they knew would not make it to its recipient. To call it a joke is generous. It’s a shambles."
"What a joke this company is! I ordered a metal travel cup. It arrived it just a plastic bag, no box, bubble wrap or any type of protection, so obviously it arrived dented!! I emailed as they don’t take calls, just messages. Their reply was that I could keep the item and as a good will gesture I would receive £1.90 back, to get the item repaired should I wish!! I emailed to say, no, I want a replacement and I’ll send the damage item back (it’s a gift). I just want what I paid for, in new condition. I also asked them if they knew anywhere that repairs travel mugs and for the cost of £1.90! Obviously not! But they couldn’t even be bothered replying. Instead of sending a reply they have sent an email saying a refund has been issued, will take upto 5 days! Funny how they took my money in seconds! Now I’m stuck waiting for a refund to replace a gift. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Seriously all I wanted was a replacement wrapped as any normal person would wrap something that needed a bit of protection! No common sense!!"
"Do not buy from this company. Missing order and customer service is awful. Missing my order for over a week no idea where it is and no help trying to get it back. I used a voucher to get a discount so have lost that too. No parcel no money or voucher back either! Worst service ever!! Shop elsewhere."

"I have bought many items from Regatta in the past and cannot remember having any issues with returns. Unfortunately they now no longer seem to want to talk to or communicate in any way with their customers. There is no telephone number on my order paperwork and the website emails I sent have not been answered. An issue that could have been easily and quickly resolved has now engendered so much ill feeling I doubt I would buy anything from them again. If anyone from Regatta is interested, the coat I bought recently has a faulty zip and I would like to return it. My order number is 41470757"
