"The team from on the dot removals were brilliant from start to finish. Communication prior to the move was good - all my queries were answered promptly. Prior to the move, they supplied all the packing materials. On the day, the team arrived promptly, packed the van extremely efficiently and took care with all of our belongings. At our new house, again everything was unpacked carefully and efficiently. The team were all really polite and helpful. For the service that was provided, the cost was very reasonable. We are hoping not to have to move house again anytime soon, but would really recommend On The Dot Removals to anyone that is."
"On The Dot are excellent. Professional, friendly removal men who recently moved us out of our First Floor Flat in central Bristol. We had an issue with completing on our house (it was 3 hours late) and they kindly filled their van and patiently waited during this time for us to sort it out. All smiles, no issues. They were careful and diligent with our stuff and actually acted like they cared about the process. Their prices are highly competitive and I would definitely book them again."
"Used these guys last week for a removal. Had a great experience from start to finish and couldn't fault them at all. We moved from a 3 bed terrace to a 4 bed detached. The packing took 3 hours and the unload took about an hour and a half. All 4 chaps were really friendly and approachable and the admin guys in the office were really patient and helpful while we battled with securing an actual exchange and completion date before hand. I would recommend to anyone, especially with their price match. Thanks for making our day so much easier. It really made a positive difference!"
