It turns out it was just rice, way too much rice for the amount of meat and sauce listed. Everything would have been fine, but the rice was dry and a bit raw. I sent a message in the app, and they called back. A male voice asked what exactly I didn't like. Learn to listen to your customers, admit your mistakes, and have the courage to apologize. After that call, I have no desire to ever buy anything from you again. I've recommended this place to many friends. I think I'll cancel my recommendations. The shawarma was also disappointing. Dry, tough, and not very filling. We didn't finish it; we gave it to the dog."
