"Terrible experience with RevolutionParts. I ordered an all-weather cargo mat through my Toyota dealer’s site, which uses RevolutionParts to handle orders. The listing clearly stated it would fit my vehicle, but the part they sent does NOT fit the hybrid model. When I tried to return it, they refused to provide a prepaid return label. So even though their website information was wrong, I’m stuck paying to ship back a large, heavy item that I never should have received in the first place. This is unacceptable. A company that can’t stand behind its own product listings and forces the customer to eat the return costs does not deserve anyone’s business. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from them."
"Signed up as a dealer for this program. It generated minimal sales for our dealership ( 2-3 per year). The contract terms are annual. The price is extremely high ($2400 annually). I wouldn't recommend this product. One customer service agent said we were month to month the next said we were annual. Very frustrated and will be letting other dealers know that this product is a scam."
"I will never buy from here again. It took 11 days to deliver my order. After 9 days without any news, my bank cancelled the payment because they did not complete the order. I bought the parts from a local official VW dealer. On the 9th I received an email that the order was being sent. I contacted them to cancel the shipment because it was not paid for. The package had not yet left, but they did not want to cancel it and charged my card again. Cheap things end up being expensive. Time is worth a lot of money."
