"Rice Lake, WI. If you are loading a flatbed go to the south/east side of the buildings. This is a large place. Walk into the door and find the shipping desk. Bring your shipping number. They load you inside the large shipping door there. I got 2 portable scales meant for weighing cattle. Pretty easy load, driver. Enjoy it!"

"I spoke with a various amount of people there today and no many were very helpful. I was trying to get a license verification code and was told multiple times that I would be transferred to someone that could help me. I got transferred to sales 4 separate types until a very nice woman told me that I needed the licensing department and they weren’t in yet. I called back 20 minutes after I was told the folks would be in and was told I couldn’t be helped for another half hour, which isn’t much of a big deal I guess, but when I finally was able to speak with someone it was a gentleman named Owen. When I told him the issue I was having he was extremely short with me and seemed like he hated his life. I stayed very professional over the phone but it took me 5 explanations for him to actually understand what I needed and when he finally got it all he had to do was email me a few numbers. He was somewhat rude and unprofessional. Hence my leaving a 2 star review."
