I initially contacted them about a project requiring specific features, and while their initial responses were promising, their communication drastically declined afterward. I sent a detailed follow-up email on April 23rd, 2025, outlining our requirements for NSFW content generation, customized AI models, and a 3-week MVP timeline. I did not receive a substantive response until April 30th, 2025—a full 8 days later. Such a significant delay is unacceptable for business communications and indicates a lack of responsiveness. We were eager to move forward, but the prolonged delay has led us to lose confidence in their ability to deliver within our project's timeline and requirements. As a result, we've decided to pursue other options. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company if timely and reliable communication is crucial for your project."
