"I had a very unpleasant experience at the UPS Store on Howe with a staff member named Victor. He seemed irritated from the moment I entered, with a consistently unfriendly and dismissive attitude. When I asked to print a copy of my passport, he looked at my photo and his facial expression immediately changed — it felt disrespectful and unprofessional. After another customer left and politely said, “Have a good day,” I overheard him mutter, “Sucks.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone working in customer service. The experience left me uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location"
"I did receive my print, but I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Kevin. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I ended up wasting my time there. They also refused to do the photo service because they said they were busy and told me to come back eight hours later — which is completely unreasonable. It’s unfortunate because the product itself was fine, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously — no customer should be treated that way."
