"I'd like to give it zero stars, but I can't. Starting with the sales representative Isabel and continuing with the coordinator Estela, it's been a complete disaster. It all began with an annual budget of over €35,000, which we accepted. We started working with Estela's team, and they provided services that, just as our business opened, and after we had paid over €9,000, they decided to terminate the contract because they didn't have the resources to continue. The promised services were never delivered, and they didn't refund our money. They left us without a website or other services enabled, such as Google My Business. Their lack of professionalism and empathy has damaged our brand launch. In response to your comment: We were surprised when the contractual relationship ended without respecting the contractually stipulated notice period. We were surprised when the supposed online and offline experts delivered low-quality products late, forcing us to hire other providers to urgently complete the work we had paid you for. We were surprised when, three days before the opening, the company that was supposed to create our website (that's you, in case it wasn't clear) hadn't even purchased the domain, and we had to pay another provider to build the website. We were surprised when you refused to refund our money and the offer you made was ridiculous. On top of that, you told us you would refund the VAT paid, demonstrating either a complete lack of understanding of how this tax works or blatant bad faith (we prefer to believe the former). We were surprised when we couldn't speak with the person in charge to find a solution to this unacceptable situation, and we didn't even receive an apology. We have nothing to hide, so if you want, go ahead. We are simply exercising our right to review a terrible professional experience without any ill will. On the contrary, we wish you many clients, although for you it's more of a risk, since you would surely find someone with more experience than us who would sue you. Finally, a thought for the user reading this review: what competent and capable company would turn down an annual contract worth more than €35,000? Best regards"
