"Levei im laptop velho para consertar e viram que o problema era a fonte. Pedi para colocar 4 de RAM (eram 2) e assim o fizeram mas não comprei a fonte. O computador ficou com o lacre da assistência parado em casa ... excedeu a garantia e quando resolvi comprar a fonte para ligar... apenas 3 de RAM. Entrei em contato com a loja e no segundo dia Me pediram para levar a máquina para avaliação. O funcionário (ou dono chamado Antônio) apesar de ter recebido a máquina e ter pedido para um outro funcionário resolver o problema da memória (que aparentemente era uma atualização no Windows por não estar reconhecendo os 4 de RAM) me atendeu pessimamente mal, duvidou da informação que eu trouxe na minha cara pedindo o telefone da pessoa que fez a avaliação da máquina (mesmo antes de avaliar) Depois constatou que a máquina reconhecia apenas 3 de RAM.. ficou lá para ajuste e voltou reconhecendo os de 4 RAM... apesar dos erros do Windows e eu ainda não ter co seguido usar a máquina. Avaliação: Aparentemente profissionais tecnicamente bons. Empresa Sem processo de avaliação da entrega do serviço prestado. Atendimento péssimo do Antônio. Não recomendo"
