If you are currently using or considering Roya, I strongly urge you to perform an independent audit of their work. Here were the critical issues I faced: • Non-Existent SEO Foundations: After months of service, a technical audit revealed that basic requirements—such as H1 tags and proper metadata—were entirely missing. • Lack of Transparency: Despite multiple requests for performance reports, nothing was provided. I waited two months for basic fixes that were never implemented. • Poor Google Ads Management: This was perhaps the most detrimental part of the experience. The campaigns were improperly configured, resulting in a significant waste of ad spend with zero ROI. It appeared the team lacked the fundamental knowledge required to manage medical-niche PPC. • Contractual Rigidity: Despite failing to deliver the services outlined in our contract, they refused to refund the final payment upon my exit, citing "notice periods" over actual performance.
