"I had a very disappointing experience at the RSM USPS location. I arrived for my 9 a.m. passport appointment well-prepared, having taken time off work and dressed appropriately since my photo was going to be taken. Unfortunately, my appointment was canceled without any prior notice. No call, no email, and no apology. I was simply redirected to another location. I followed their recommendation and went to the Mission Viejo USPS, but unfortunately, I received the same lack of care and help there as well. Overall, it was extremely frustrating, especially given the time and effort I put into this appointment. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future."
"I wish I could give a negative figure instead of one star, because this place does not even deserve one star. My first time here and for sure the last time. Made an appointment for passport service at 9am, came here around 8:50am noticing that only one girl was working there. She seems to be friendly assisting all the customers on the mailing services. When I told her I had an appointment at 9am for passport service, she looked SHOCKED which made me feel like they have no idea about my appointment, the look on her face also assured me that there’s no one in the office at this moment to help me. She asked me to sit and wait, but I left around 9:15am cause I know the staff for the passport service was not there yet. It’s very disorganized, and not respective of customers’ time. As I am writing this review, I’ve realized that this is not something new about USPS that is known for its inefficiency, let alone its customer service."
"I had a passport appointment. Tyler was friendly and super helpful. He looked over my application and noticed that it was incomplete and he took the time to help me. The whole process was quick and easy and I’m so grateful for the professional and knowledgeable assistance that I received."
"This place is always busy, (truly understaffed) There is only one clerk, even if the line is long. After at least 20 to 30 minutes another clerk will arrive, and the clerk that was alone, leaves. I’ve been there early, mid-day and 4:30 only because it’s close to me. You just have to go in believing it will be at least 30 minutes or more. In their defense, it’s sometimes the customer, who ultimately has a 20 minute issue! They should have a Supervisor that is monitoring the situation and step in, especially when it’s close to closing! I feel bad for the postal clerks, they look they are trying their best."
"I like this US Post Office. I have lived in the area for 25 years. I mail out a lot of stuff for eBay and I know almost all of the people who work here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful to me. If I ever have a problem they go out of their way to help me. Most of the time I print the shipping labels on my computer and just drop off the packaged. This Post Office is always clean and nice."
