There’s no local auto or rickshaw access, so you’re forced to rely on cabs or Rapido for everything, which is inconvenient and expensive. This also makes accessing basic amenities tough—the nearest market is 2 km away, and although Manipal Hospital is nearby, reaching it quickly isn’t easy without transport. Maintenance is another weak point. Service is slow, water issues are frequent (like low pressure or faulty spray jets), and complaints often go unresolved. Parking is also a daily struggle, with limited space leading to constant hassle for residents and visitors👏👏👏"

In December postponed for January but still now no update no guarantee no date nothing. Made a big mistake investing huge amount here. #cheaters"
