"Another great CitizenM! Great location if you want to be close to the Champs Elysees. It's just 1 block from the subway system. It's definitely the most central location out of the three CitizenMs in Paris. We went for New Years Eve and it was a madhouse, but a lot of fun. Our room was slightly larger than other CitizenM rooms we've stayed at. Rooftop has an almost full view of the Eiffel Tower. For some reason they don't have a microwave you can use personally, but that's okay. As far as the staff they are all very nice and speak English."

"I wish I could give this place ten stars. This was my first time in Paris and our second hotel and without a doubt the very best location, service, and cost all things considered. I love CitizenM in general but the attention to detail at this location was impeccable. The lovely woman who helped checked us in saw our 5 giant bags and made sure to get us a room that allowed us space to move and function. That was beyond appreciated because she was the look on my face when I asked how many bags we could stow in the storage lobby. The bartender, Antonio, graciously started a conversation, welcomed me to Paris, showed me how to self-serve for water/etc. and overall was just a great first impression to the bar area. The location of this hotel is incredible for two reasons - 1. tourism: shopping/attractions but, and very important in the winter, 2. immediate access to uber pick ups right out front. No waiting in the cold rain or snow. There’s also a ton of food options (fast and sit down), a pharmacy and mall literally next door, and just about every other Parisian thing you could think of within walking distance if the weather permits. I fully intend on making this my regular Paris hotel for the Spring and Fall and doing a lot more exploring by foot. The only way this place could get better is if they has one of those foot massaging machines in the room. PS. Due to dietary restrictions, I can’t really partake in the breakfast buffet but my significant other loved it and got it most mornings. The mandarin & orange juice is fresh squeezed and unreal. Highly recommend."

"Perfect location… walkable to Champs Elysee shops, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Galleries Lafayette dome, etc. Even walked to Notre Dame although longer at 2.5 miles. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Juno! Room is very nice, although quite small. Laundry service (for an extra fee) with delivery was an unexpected bonus. Rooftop bar with view of Eiffel Tower was nice too."

"I had a lovely stay at citizenM — the staff were friendly and welcoming, the check-in was smooth, and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. I really liked the high-tech touches (everything was controlled by iPad), free Wi-Fi and the great location for exploring Paris. The vibe was relaxed and stylish, perfect for business or leisure travellers. I would happily stay here again!"

"First of all, I like the concept of this hotel as it welcomes anyone from all over the world. The room is high tech as you can monitor the blinds, curtains, lights and temperature on an iPad. Everything is clean and all the staff members I met were friendly and smiley. The cleaning lady said morning to me every time she saw me. Also they serve hot food for breakfast which is what I needed. Will book this one on my next work trip again!!"
