"Absolutely love my doctors she’s is great and has been such a huge help to me since I’ve been seeing her. She order all the test to figure out what’s going, she listens, she truly care, she spend the time, she sends me elsewhere if needed she’s so great absolutely love Louann Clanton as my doctor she wonderful best doctor I’ve ever had. But my huge issue is the department who is now doing the prior authorizations for meds is absolutely horrible! They take forever, and dont do the proper paperwork and are lazy. I’m highly upset with them as I really need one of meds and I’m trying to deal with a denial due to them proving the proper work to the insurance company. I’ve heard this is also happening with other patients as well with the new ppl in office I used to never have this issue and have always had my meds and never worried about meds until now.i now have to make calls and try and get this all sorted out so I have my meds I’m a very complex case and can’t just take another medication so this really has me dealing with a lot of anxiety right now. Highly disappointed with the and honestly upset with the prior authorization department! Please get this fixed for your patients!it if I hag to give a star rating to the authorization department it would be a one star. But Louann is great!!! So is her nurse!"
