"We paid 8500 TL for three nights for New Year's. They also charged 1000 TL from guests who stayed for only an hour. The rooms were full of broken plasterboard, completely violating privacy; it's unclear if there are cameras or bugs. The air conditioning was terrible, completely broken and not working. They said they were sending a technician, but that was a lie and a fabrication. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel; don't come here. Anyone who wants to waste their money can come here only to suffer. It's obvious there might even be hidden cameras in the rooms. A terrible hotel."

"This hotel is definitely not suitable for families. The conversations in each room are so loud it feels like they're happening right in your room. Let me put it this way: I stayed for one day with my brother, and we practically had to run away in the morning. I absolutely do not recommend it. The cleanliness is terrible. Don't be fooled by the high ratings; we chose it because of the high scores, but you shouldn't."
