"For all potential tenants do not waste your money on overpriced project like this one. There are multiple issues going on. Walls are too thing and you can hear all neighbors around you, even the most basic conversation they are having you will be able to hear. Their alarm ringing in the morning- you will hear. Children constantly playing in hallways, security does not react on multiple complaints. For most basic cooking in the apartment security will knock on the door as smoke alarm turned on, etc, etc, etc and many etc’s more. Parking area pipes are leaking and damaging cars and they will not do anything to assist and resolve. There are many issues we complained about and we never received any update from the management. Biggest issue is the way people dispose their garbage. Unfortunately due to lack of etiquette neighbors will leave their trash in the garbage room in the evening and it’s only picked up in the morning. Due to this we have started noticing cockroaches running around and bas smells are coming through AC. I have sent 15 emails and never received any update from management."

"The best residential building in the Silicone Oasis, along with D2 and D3. Low rise buildings, brand new and beuatifully designed common areas. Nice small courtyard / garden inside. Nice gym and pool. There is Carrefour on the ground floor and they deliver very fast too. Plenty of underground parking, as well as covered parking for guests in front of the building. Just dont rent flats above or near Carrefour delivery area as it gets noisy in the mornings. Huge flats, 1-bedrooms have laundry room and guest bathroom. Also your water and electricity bills will be included. Maintenance is very good."
