"I recently applied and even cleared the initial interview and then they asked to submit the assignment for assessment ( cuz assessment is the real deal breaker in schbang as per the HR ) so after putting in real effort of 2 days taking out time from my busy schedule routine, i submitted the assignment After which i received a message from HR (Mumbai) mentioned I was moving to the final round, but after that, I received no updates despite multiple follow-ups. What’s the point of building so much hype around assignments if you can’t even give basic feedback? Wasting candidates’ time without closure is not what I expected."
