"We started a great project with Soft Water Systems with high expectations. What's more, a great project. On paper, and with all the wonderful stories, we were supposed to generate a lot of leads ourselves, but we had to have them build a new website and use an expensive Hubspot program to make everything run smoothly. A year has passed since then and we've received about 10 leads at a cost of, shockingly, almost €40,000.00. No one ever raised the alarm. After a year, we simply stopped, and Wesley suddenly called. He listened to what we had to say and promised to call back after he'd looked into things. Wesley didn't bother with that. They did send a final invoice. We objected, but to put it bluntly, we were lucky that the one-month notice period wasn't honored. All in all, another one of those so-called marketing guys with smooth talk and little results. The tone of the last email from the administration was absolutely appalling. In conclusion, you receive a warm welcome, but when services are discontinued or criticism is received, you're treated like dirt, and their true colors are revealed.
