"Unfortunately, only 1 star, as the project was terminated unfinished by the owner after the client discovered that, despite prior assurances to the contrary, the developer was not familiar with dedicated root server systems. This resulted in several issues that had to be resolved by system administrators via the server management interface. Furthermore, "speed optimizations" via WordPress plugins were offered, which are not only unnecessary but actually counterproductive to the underlying server architecture. Unnecessary SFTP access was also requested, which is superfluous given the purely design/layout aspects of the WordPress backend. For less complex hosting projects, the company can still be recommended; the owner is quite dedicated and attentive. However, the project in question was not completed – see above. Our recommendation: Have the contract, especially the discrepancy between the title and the subject matter of the contract, reviewed by a specialist lawyer."
