"A lot of confidence was promised at the first pitch. After months of trialing a google ads campaign wasting thousands on google ads, advice was provided very late to change the direction of campaign to a completely different campaign product. This type of advice should have been provided before campaign commencement. It's not good enough to say that you were just hoping to maximise the google ads campaign that I already had. The results achieved from the SME campaign was no better than if I was to do it myself. It felt like this campaign was not being monitored. Surely, if the conversions were not coming through, someone from SME should have picked up the phone to advise me earlier. I had to alert them to the inadequacy of the campaign results, which prompted a meeting from them. On top of this, they enforced a 30 day notice period to terminate services and still charging for nothing good. I do not like to post these types of reviews, however, take this as a reminder that caution needs to be exercised when engaging marketing companies."
