"If I could do zero I would. I constantly never get my packages when they say they are on the truck and being delivered. Every time, they cant deliver because "reciver wasn't there" when in reality I was awake and waiting all day for my very important and time sensitive (my cat will die without it) package that I PAID EXTRA for. I never receive any packages from UPS on time including this one. Trying to get ahold of someone who can actually help is basically impossible since they know how terrible of a job they are doing and want to avoid any confrontation. I hope karma bites back."

"Since I can't rate the UPS delivery warehouse, I guess I just have to do this one. Have spoken with the driver multiple times and called dispatch to no avail. They absolutely REFUSE to comply with our business hours, and consistently deliver packages for other tenants of the large building we're in that has multiple suites. My employees are not here to do YOUR job. Nor can I staff the warehouse just for you. Edit: As I stated, I understand the UPS store is a different entity, but I do not have another avenue. The 800 number is useless. The local dispatch is useless... this is the only way I can shed light on the situation. Maybe UPS Distribution will wake up if they get enough complaints from their superiors as a result of the UPS Stores having to field these issues. Who knows? What I know is that our delivery/pickup is sub/par and the avenues to fix the problem are virtually zero."
