"In the Khmelnytskyi City District Court of Justice, they only imitate: absentee decisions are stamped, knowing full well that the other party was not even notified. Judge Chevylyuk Z. A. ignored more than 50 of my applications and petitions — none of them were ever considered. Moreover, during the video conference, she directly stated: I will not read your applications. In case No. 686/30004/24, it is clear how the lawyer Kernytska O. V., who was close to her, legitimized lawlessness through the same judge. The case materials were artificially divided into a number of subcases in order to blur the essence and hide the violations. From the video recording and the case materials themselves, it is obvious how the judge is covering up Kernytska O. V. and her client Shcherbanyuk E. M. The official e-mail of the court is actually not working: there are no replies, and my e-mails are also missing from the case materials No. 686/30004/24. Judge Koliev S. A. in case No. 688/1083/25 went even further: he openly falsified materials, did not provide the party with access to the case, and in the decision he set out fabrications and slander. He deliberately delayed the full text of the decision, violating the deadlines, after which he went on vacation. His mistakes were already corrected by two other judges, who again divided the case. Disciplinary complaints to the Supreme Court of Justice and statements of a crime to the State Bureau of Investigation have been filed."
"They made a mistake in the documents. Because of this, they can't register it at the registry office. They ignore me and refuse to report that it's their fault! In short, don't bother!"
"The court is located in the former Bank Ukraina building. It's a large, spacious space. I'd surround it with barbed wire and give everyone in there a prison sentence, except for the cleaners and service staff. This isn't a court, but a corrupt tribunal... I've seen this for myself many times. The people who judge there have no idea that soon, in this world or the next, they'll face the same trial, but this time with justice and incorruptibility."
"I visited this office today. I didn't like the way the office staff treated customers. They were rude. It's good that they at least tried to explain the situation, though they acted as if someone owed them something. Sample applications and other documents are located very high on the sample board at the entrance, making it impossible for someone with poor eyesight to see them. I couldn't read a single one, and I can imagine how pensioners struggle to read them."
"I filed a case about the award of alimony for a child who continues his studies. Judge Loginova S.M. considered it for as long as 6 months. The sessions were often postponed. The judge behaved in court unworthy of her title. She did not let me express my opinion, constantly interrupted me, made me sit down. She ignored my requests and appeals to her. I got the impression that she should pay alimony to my child from her own pocket. Corruption is flourishing. The effect of lustration is not noticeable. I do not advise you to go to this court or any court in Ukraine."
