"Served here as a Controller, performance and ability to lead the team to success is one metrics that is not so important here. There are definitely some great people on Sr Roles but there trust or faith is upon very few vintage people, who will use this edge of being 9 years vintage against you to satisfy their ego. For taking an edge or even for survival one need to be "Yes Sir" person and needs to be skilled in politics which is the essence of Escalon. Commitment issues is in the blood of its Key personnel. Avoid believing in the written statement also, coz they have expertise in manipulating the facts and will start a cold war to make you feel unwanted and start isolation techniques. If everything is going in your favor , continue, if you get to hear even a small rumor/accusation about you, my friend dont waste your time in addressing or proving your point. Its actually a time to look outside."
