"Sellwerk makes promises easily, but reality is quite different. Sellwerk promised growth, better rankings, and personalized support. Instead: no improvements, ignored calls, and a Google Maps profile linked to the wrong website. A team without structure or coordination, offering only excuses instead of solutions. It's a rip-off and a mass-production approach! They actively harmed me. Development? Results? They couldn't care less. They're only motivated until the contract is signed; after that, total indifference. Six months of social media promotion: zero contracts! New agency: three clients in 24 hours. That says it all."

"My personal experience with the company Sellwerk from Nuremberg was extremely negative. Without having knowingly entered into any contract, I suddenly received order confirmations and payment demands totaling over €1,500. During our initial phone call, I explicitly stated that I do not enter into any contracts over the phone. Nevertheless, I was contacted repeatedly in writing and asked to pay. The situation escalated until I involved a lawyer. Only after I took legal action did I stop receiving further correspondence. I can only advise everyone: If the name "Sellwerk" comes up on the phone, be extremely cautious, do not agree to anything, and check everything very carefully. If in doubt, object immediately and do not accept anything without verifying it. For me, this approach was completely opaque and very unpleasant. I do not recommend them."

"I hereby formally inform you that I consider the entire conduct of your company, Cellwerk, to be unacceptable, unprofessional, and economically damaging. One of the issues is that you are told a monthly payment will be debited, and then you check and announce a large five-figure sum to be debited all at once at the end of the month. This is simply outrageous. We have documented the other six issues here. In a single transaction, seven serious errors demonstrably occurred. These errors concern promises made, faulty implementation, and deviations from the agreed-upon services. Due to these massive deficiencies, I initiated a cancellation within the stipulated timeframe. Despite your clear responsibility for the errors, I was subsequently billed several thousand euros in cancellation fees. The result is clear: I have invested considerable financial resources and a significant amount of time, and in the end, I am left as the injured party without having received adequate compensation. What is particularly egregious is that comparable services are offered on the market by numerous providers for a fraction of the cost. Your reputation for reliability was the decisive factor in my decision to choose Cellwerk. This expectation has not been met in any way. I hereby request, for the last time, a statement from you and a refund of the cancellation fees charged. In parallel, I would like to inform you that I will be examining and initiating legal action. Furthermore, I expressly reserve the right to make this entire matter public. A detailed video, including all evidence and documents, will be published on my TikTok channels in the near future to warn other companies about similar experiences. Please consider this letter a formal complaint and an announcement of further action. P.S.: This isn't about the money! It's about the time and energy wasted and the false promises! This is clearly fraud! Instead of a sincere apology!! Addendum dated February 11: I was deeply dismayed to discover that employees of your company are discussing this matter with third parties and making inappropriate accusations against me. This behavior constitutes a serious breach of confidentiality and data protection and is completely unacceptable. Disclosing internal information to uninvolved individuals is particularly serious and will have appropriate consequences. On February 2, I was informed that all services were being canceled, following several conflicting statements and a total of three different promises. Despite this clear cancellation notice, I am now receiving payment reminders regarding alleged cancellation fees, which is completely unjustified. As early as February 3, I explicitly stated that I should not be charged any costs, fees, or other expenses related to Sellwerk. We expressly inform you that we will waive all costs incurred by us, even though this matter has resulted in considerable expenses for us, including legal fees, significant time and effort, and the deactivation of our permanently displayed job postings due to statements made by your employee. Therefore, we are setting a deadline of February 15th for you to confirm in writing that you will waive all cancellation fees in full. In return, we will also refrain from claiming our incurred costs from you and from initiating further legal action. My lawyer remains engaged.
