"After a total of 12 months of collaboration and an investment in the mid-five-figure range, my conclusion is unfortunately very disappointing. Before signing this contract, I had already been with another agency for 12 months. The sales manager here spoke very negatively about them, while simultaneously promising faster and significantly better results. After six months without the promised results, he admitted that these goals were not so easy to achieve. In the end, results count, not sales promises. Instead of clear results, we received justifications and excuses. I would like to give a special mention to Khashayar from Semtrix, who understood our frustration and provided expert support. However, this doesn't change the overall result. I'm deliberately not publishing our company's name. The bottom line is: a lot of money invested, but the promised and later redefined goals were not achieved. This review is intended to help other companies critically examine their sales promises."
