"Please do not hire this company. It's the same complaint every time: terrible service, no one communicates or answers messages, they add you to a WhatsApp group where they don't respond. I didn't even receive any notifications and made the wise decision to terminate the contract, which, on top of everything else, has been a complete nightmare. They will delay and ignore emails and messages to avoid refunding the money. Awful and terrible. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Furthermore, their real website is unavailable so they don't get bad reviews, which indicates the biggest problem."

"SENSE DIGITAL COMPLAINT I know this isn't their official address, because their formal address, which isn't registered on Google, is Torre Empresarial Pacific, Cl. 110 #9-25 Of 901, and I also filed a complaint there. They handle advertising and website services. I contracted their service, and I was absolutely punctual with payments and advertising. In almost a month, I've received absolutely zero results and a maximum of one effective call every three days. Fortunately, my company is financially stable, and we were looking to grow with their service. We had already advertised for two years with consistent results, but we paid for nothing."

"I completely regret having contracted Sense Digital to develop my website. Don't do it for anything. At first, they seem very friendly and make you feel like they're professionals, but the nightmare began as soon as the payment was made and the contract was signed. They never respond, they do whatever they want, and no one takes responsibility. In the end, due to such poor service, we decided to migrate, and they gave us corrupted backups and they no longer respond. In the end, we have to start over from scratch after spending millions with this group of scammers."
