"My experience with Sentius Group was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend their services. From the outset, communication was inconsistent and frustrating, with long delays and vague responses that failed to address concerns properly. The assurances made at the start created expectations that were simply not fulfilled. The overall process lacked organization and professionalism. I repeatedly had to chase for updates and clarity, which should not be necessary when dealing with a service provider of this nature. There was a clear gap between what was discussed initially and what was ultimately delivered, leading to wasted time and unnecessary stress. Rather than feeling valued as a client, I felt overlooked. In the end, the service did not justify the cost. The absence of transparency and responsibility was disappointing, and the quality fell far below what was implied.
