"So today I was booked in a boardroom on the second floor. My staff and I decided we needed to get out of the board room we sat down at the canteen area a lady comes out and screams across the floor( keep in mind it's lunch time and alot of people are around) in a very rude manner that is is a work PAID area not a social area. This does not match what the website says about their "friendly staff".... Not forgetting this is a place we choose to have business meetings that we pay for . Be it formal or informal. I feel that lady should have approached us in a better manner... I feel she judged us assuming we were just visiting the area. But even so if my clients are in the waiting are which there are no seating available and happened to be seated in the wrong place and are spoken to in that manner I will not appreciate that. I am extremely disappointed by the level of service received and I will tell my clients as well as business partners not to use #SPACESUmhlanga"
