"I have ordered clothing from Prodk. The acknowledgement came from Shiprocket. When I track my order (#3132) in their website, it say, "Not found". Prodk does not reply to mails. No contact number in their site. Looks like both the companies are fake. Hand in glove to cheat the consumers. Public beware! I absolutely disagree with your reply. You are allowing a cheating company like Prodk to use your platform, who openly steal money in the name of selling product. How can you allow a com to attach with you, who has no customer care number? Is it not that you both are colluding to cheat the public? Even there are lot of videos on your ethics"

"My Engage 360 plan was activated on 11 November 2025 and by 3 December 2025 I had to request that it be paused because I received no value or results in this entire period. From the beginning, I clearly told Riya that I needed a self WhatsApp API (personal WABA). Instead of helping me with that, she kept convincing me to continue using the Shiprocket number, and I genuinely believed that the self WABA setup would be done soon. But it never happened — no updates, no support, nothing. Despite not using the service properly for 15+ days and getting zero results, ₹2950 was deducted. When I asked her to reverse the charges because the plan gave me no value, her response was shockingly unprofessional. She told me “it’s not upon us whether you get value or not” and refused to take responsibility. This attitude was honestly the most disappointing part. A customer simply asking for fairness was treated with complete disregard. She didn’t understand my requirements, gave wrong guidance, and showed zero accountability. I’ve been using Shiprocket for 3 years and have never faced such behaviour. Extremely dissatisfied. Not recommended at all."
