"Poor Customer Service Experience My recent interaction with shoot order was disappointing to say the least. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional. They failed to provide accurate information and were incredibly disrespectful when communicating with clients. On top of that, they repeatedly called at inconvenient times and seemed to get angry when I declined their services. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. I strongly advise others to consider alternative options where customer service is taken seriously and clients are treated with respect."
