"As an online store, it's okay, although anything above the standard requires additional payment, but their SEO is a complete disaster and a complete scam. For 12 months, I received nothing. They didn't change anything on the website, they didn't change anything on my Google listing, I had zero views, and every month, with my PLN 1,000 invoice, I received two (2!) links to some creepy "parafiarodaki" websites, pompously called "company link profile expansion." Breaking the contract, of course, incurs additional costs – in short, I feel like I've wasted over PLN 12,000 and I feel cheated."
"I've been working with Shoper for several years, and unfortunately, the customer service is subpar compared to other internet service providers I work with. I often feel like I'm being served by bots at Shoper instead of people, because they're so formulaic and uncreative, they're like robots. They can answer the same things over and over again, only with different words, until the customer gets tired and accepts their fate. Forced politeness isn't as important as the outcome of the response, which for Shoper was usually the only path of least resistance, but for me, it meant further inconvenience and more extra work. Shoper employees don't seem to care. The customer service response has always been geared towards their benefit, never mine. Calling the hotline requires patience (usually a 15-20-minute wait), so what remains are emails, which are designed to delete (i.e., not quote) all previous correspondence, presumably to prevent reliance on prior agreements. This always made my life very difficult because I had to search for and manually quote to their employees what I had already written. Interestingly, when they want to sell me something new, contact is frequent and seamless, both by phone and email. Usually, problems are caused by Shoper, either a malfunction or by forcing some changes to our services, because that's their internal plan, and the customer has to adapt. I always had to submit to what Shoper dictates. Considering the unattractive price of several thousand zlotys per year for a store, I certainly wouldn't recommend their services to my friends. I only really stick with them because I don't have the strength or time to move them. Recently, I checked the reviews on Google Maps and unfortunately, I found many comments and descriptions of situations confirming my observations. I hope someone will take my impressions of this collaboration into consideration and something will be improved in this area, as the stock market price is sometimes slow, but fair in the long run. Regardless, best regards, as a long-time customer. Tomasz Polus"
"The customer service is pathetic. They can't guide you through the setup process for a simple store. The website configuration tool is very clunky. Very limited functionality. Each additional feature is priced separately. Basically, everything is problematic."
"The customer service level is abysmal. They scheduled a meeting with me to resolve my issue, but no one showed up. What a waste of time."
"Today, we encountered a situation that shouldn't exist on any major e-commerce platform, and certainly not in a paid Premium package. Our store completely stopped working, not only the admin panel but also the customer website. For a long time, we couldn't even log into the system, and customers couldn't make purchases. We reported the problem immediately, hoping for a quick technical response, especially since we have purchased the Premium service, which supposedly guarantees priority support. Instead of real help, we received... a boilerplate message with a link to Cloudflare's configuration and a request to manually make changes to the robots.txt file. No explanation was provided as to what had actually happened, nor whether it was an error on our end or a server-side issue. The suggested actions were purely preventative, not corrective, and our store remained OFF during this time. Most interestingly, the problem suddenly resolved itself, without any intervention on our part, clearly suggesting that the outage was on Shoper's end. What's more, we weren't the only store experiencing the same problem today. We received information from an independent SEO firm that they had also received requests for help from other customers regarding the Shoper panel's unavailability. This indicates that the outage was widespread, but unfortunately, Shoper neither informed us about it nor took responsibility. We don't expect miracles. We expect a minimum of professionalism. Since a customer pays for the Premium version, they expect technical support in a crisis, not a link to a guide."
