"I’m writing this review to share a very disappointing experience that stemmed directly from management’s decision, not a misunderstanding with a staff member. I visited this UPS Store to return a Macy’s item using a single QR code. My package was already packed; I only needed a small piece of tape to secure the items together. Management informed me that I would need to pay $1 to use the tape. When I declined, management chose to void my QR code rather than explaining the consequences or offering a reasonable alternative. Because the QR code was voided, I later had to request a new QR code from Macy’s which nearly took an hour. Although Macy’s generated it, the system did not update properly due to the original code being voided, and I did not receive my refund. This resulted in multiple calls to Macy’s and nearly three hours spent resolving an issue that should have been very straightforward. Charging for tape is one thing, but voiding a customer’s return QR code over $1 without clearly explaining the impact feels unreasonable and extremely inconvenient."
"I've purchased medicines here and have came here to drop off my shipment. These people are friendly and great! Only issue that I have though, is that they charge $2 every time you use computer even it's for printing a single piece of paper which is not fair."
"The guy was too stubborn asking for a dollar just to use a small piece of tape which I refused and left because of his lack of empathy. Post which he VOIDED the label instead of just disposing it off. It took an hour with customer care to convince them to print another label and an extra trip back to store. All that inconvenience just because of the cheap act by the store manager!"
