"They are the 3rd party to car manufacturer's parts/accessories billing. Not knowing I wasn't actually ordering through the dealer, despite the Subaru site branding, I ordered and could not get FREE SHIP to work. I put a note in the order and tried the actual dealer multiple times without luck, as they have no 3rd party site control. After countless calls (no one answers their phones or returns calls), I got a human who said that they can't help individual customers (but they can take their money...that system works great!). After the dealer contacted them, they agreed to put in the credit...but never did. I got it through via my credit card company today after giving them a long time to remedy this. The whole things feels totally scammy to me. No one is responsible for anything these days..."
