"Tons of supplies in stock and an excellent team with someone always looking to help. Shereen in Printing was the best! Got a last minute same-day order ready for me in no time. Happy to shop here for our office needs."
"I've had an iPostal1 account here for about two years and I needed some items consolidated and shipped to my overseas address. I called and a woman named Hannah said she couldn't find my items at all and that she "had no tasks in her system" to complete on my behalf. It wasn't until after I pressed her and explained that I'm definitely seeing the "task" on my end in the iPostal1 system that she said she'd look to see if the item was in another place. She returned to the phone to say "Like I said before we HAVE the consolidated item but it hasn't been shipped" She lied from one minute to the next about having the item because she didn't want to admit that she was too lazy to go look for it the first time. When I called her out about lying about originally finding it, she doubled down on her lie. I will call back again to speak to her boss Andy. Perhaps he can handle what she couldn't and set her straight about lying about looking for my items in the first place. I will also be escalating my issue to corporate if this is not resolved in a timely, polite manner moving forward."
"The service is so bad. The printing section receives you with a very bad attitude, and dare you make a question because they will look at you annoyed. They apparently only have regular paper for printing, and the machine charges you before you even print, automatically $5 for one sheet of regular paper. Plus, the printer doesn’t let you adjust the size of the PDF when printing; it makes it fit to the entire paper. I ended up not printing, and I still got charged. They say “my money will be back in 3 to 5 business days” 🤯 Save yourself time, money, and energy and go to UPS to print anything ( $2.75 ) for the same exact thing I wanted, but with much nicer photo paper and way nicer employees."
"Highly disappointed with iPostal service and this location. iPostal1 subcontracts the execution of their service to Staples in different locations to receive mail, scan it, and forward it based on customer requests. But weeks can go by where nothing is scanned. iPostal tells its customers to contact Staples directly, but Staples doesn't answer their phone. iPostal doesn't answer their phone and direct people to chat. Then they don't reply on chat within hours. When I finally did get to communicate with a human Okikechi (not the useless bot), they could not help except to apologize and say that they "try to tell Staples to do better". They tell me to go to the location to ask. The whole reason I have the service is because I don't live there. They then tell me they will "open a ticket with Staples" and immediately disconnect the chat and pop up a satisfaction survey. How is this a serious business? The worst thing is having to find a new service and change my address again with everyone. My advice to anyone considering this service is to avoid it altogether. Update: After days of trying and 15 minutes on hold, I finally spoke to a human at the Staples location. Ironically, they answer the phone with a recording saying "That was easy!", which of course is the opposite of reality. The person said that they have a "big backup" with iPostal1 with hundreds of pieces of mail and unscanned items. He said that there are server issues with iPostal that make it difficult. Although I am empathetic to people experiencing systems issues, that cannot become my problem. I know that there is weeks of mail that I cannot see including a very important document that I need to forward."
"have no idea how this store makes money to support all the employees. Just call, no body answer for over 10 min. call several times using all services to get a hold off some to assist and give prices. stopped by the store and you become invisibe to all the floor employees. no one wants to work. all morning shift should be fired including the morning manager. had to drive to office depot to get what i needed, much faster and efficient."
