"Kira and Chris are not nice and very rude. I was not rude once with her nor Chris and I can be a pretty mean person if I feel like someone is verbally attacking me. She got offended because I had the American flag on my website and said I would be targeting “people that hate immigrants” which doesn’t make sense. The American flag does not represent hate nor does the USA itself. If you live in this country you should be happy your not living in some third world country. This is coming from a brown man, whose father fought with blood and sweat to get us here LEGALLY. Her message was pretty much “we cannot work with you”, “you need to fix up your website.” She disliked the American flag and message. Her reasoning was not valid. Then she referred me to Chris. Chris was very impatient with me. I had to take care of some tasks that were family related and so I told him I want to work with him but just to hold on a week or two and what does he do?! He blocks my number. Not professional and very mean! When or if my business ever succeeds don’t come crying to me begging for an apology, so I can work with you and give you a lot of my money, because I will never give you nothing, not even a penny, because I do not work with people who dislike the American flag and dislike a country that gives many people so much, even during hard times, especially illegal immigrants, even though they don’t deserve it. It doesn’t matter what political party you’re affiliated with or if you don’t affiliate with any political party at all. It doesn’t matter. If you live here, you should like it otherwise what’s the point of living here? I do not work with rude, disrespectful people like Kira and Chris. Good bye and good riddance."

Lorenzo is a rock star developer who can quickly find and fix the back-end of a WordPress site. They compliment each other's skill sets and make an excellent team. My favorite part of working with Kira and Lorenzo is that there WordPress skill sets cross over. Kira is knowledgeable about development and Lorenzo is knowledgeable about SEO and marketing. Because their knowledge bases cross over every project is a guaranteed success. My WordPress website was initially built back in 2010. Recently I tackled a major theme redesign. I needed help at the end of the redesign for all the back-end and front-end fine tuning along with SEO marketing support. Site Smart Marketing was willing to step in at the 12th hour to ensure my redesigned website was a success. Here's a short list of what I hired them for: 1) run audits and scans of my website 2) set-up google search console and google analytics 3) add security and SEO plug-ins and review all plug-ins 4) fix page speed cache issues and run a full QA (desktop and mobile) 5) run SEO audit, fix broken links, 404 errors, & 301 redirects 6) overall website SEO fixes and review 7) general consulting, design fixes, development fixes, SEO review, etc. They offered a lot of extras during the process like extra time on the phone walking me through my site, fixes of the hero section, fixes on headings, education on the SEO plug-in RankMath, lots of answers to emailed questions, adding recommend plug-ins, troubleshooting contact forms, review of settings in Cloudflare, upgrade to ElementorPro, etc. The Site Smart Marketing team really cares about their clients and the long-term success of the WordPress website.
