The sound from the TV speakers improved after "boosting" them – they need to be cranked up to 50, 70, 80%, and higher. Paid services (Netflix and others) provide excellent picture and sound. AI – artificial intelligence – works. With older equipment (Panasonic digital camera), I had to tinker with it – the sound only went through the optical cable (SPDIF output on the TV), but I got 5.1. I need to think about a new component soundbar for the future. I'm happy with it so far, especially since my old Samsung died from a power surge two days before I bought this one! He really imposes Hisense or Gorenje products, it seems like a contract with them, but the brands give a good kickback for sales.
