"I love living here. My unit and the views make being home a treat every day. The staff is super friendly and efficient - Jaxon is awesome at his job and always a pleasure to talk with. Being able to have access to a gorgeous conference room and tons of great work spaces on the amenities floor is also a huge plus for my work life. A lot of people complain about Fetch, but I’ve only had one issue in the 9 months I’ve been here and they resolved it. For the most part, everything about living here is easy and lovely. Highly recommend for high level downtown living."

"There are few places in the world more beautiful than the Pacific Northwest, and as the tallest residential experience in Seattle starting 600 feet up, there is nothing like the view of that beauty from your home at The Residences at Rainier Square. But after living here since June of 2021, I have to say that it’s the building staff, community with neighbors, safety and security, condo-spec build quality, endless amenities, easy parking, and perfect location in the heart of downtown, that have made the experience living here so special. The view is just the cherry on top! The team is world class and led by General Manager Aileena White, who has set an incredibly high standard. From the moment you walk in (and notice the property’s signature fragrance), you can’t help but feel the professionalism, care, and pride in how the building is operated — a standard that clearly carries through the entire team. From same-day maintenance help if needed, to lovely and thoughtfully curated monthly events that bring neighbors together, to concierge support with guest access for gatherings in the stunning amenity spaces, the level of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail is exceptional. And as strong as the sense of community is at The Residences, when you’re inside your residence you never hear your neighbors. The quality of each unit is incredible, and it’s more than just the high-end materials used to build them out: the fixtures and appliances are amazing as well, and I’ve never once had an issue with any of them. The 10-foot ceilings soar, and the windows stretch wall-to-wall to ensure you get the very best of that insane view. Being in the heart of downtown, you can watch everything from the Pride parade to the Superbowl Champion celebration going right down 4th Ave from your literal bedroom. And having friends or colleagues over is easy with ample guest parking that’s only $10 on the weekends. (The private resident parking level is among the best in Seattle, too, with loads of EV spaces and a bike room adjacent). The amenities on 39 and 40 (where the residential lobby experience begins) are as pristine as the day the building opened, offering everything from a luxe dining lounge and a professional kitchen with bar seating and a pool table, to a theater lounge and ample work-from-home space, with a boardroom for making deals and a golf simulator for celebrating them. With all this as an extension of your home, you don't need a massive floorplan, especially with self-storage units a quick elevator ride away at Stuf Storage Rainier Square. The base of the tower has a lot more to offer than the (very convenient) storage facility, however. Equinox recently joined a host of other retail like PCC, Mendocino Farms, Fonte coffee bar and restaurant, and Fogo De Chao, and Fogo’s first-ever rooftop bar, and Suit Supply… That’s all right downstairs too, and you don’t even have to go outside. But if you do pop out for a quick walk to Pike Place Market or to the 5th Ave Theater across the street, you’ll notice that building security is top-tier around the entire block and, in addition to regular roves, security staff are stationed inside the residential lobby overnight. While Seattle’s come a long way since first moving to The Residences in 2021, the block Rainier Square is on (and the neighborhood) feels like the best of any area downtown right now. And as that momentum continues and this city, building, and community here grows, I’m looking forward to being a part of it for a long time to come!"
