"I strongly advise against doing business with Smarketer due to their outdated payment methods and aggressive behavior. I purchased a CSS service for €135.87. Surprisingly, a digital company in 2026 refuses to accept Credit Cards and forces clients to use SWIFT bank transfers. I transferred the full amount and explicitly covered all transaction fees via my bank. However, due to intermediary bank deductions beyond my control, a small difference occurred. Instead of acting like a professional partner, they immediately threatened me with MediaFinanz (Debt Collection Agency). It is unacceptable to treat a client like a criminal over a technical banking deduction, especially when I have proof of full payment.
