"In response to your comments regarding my previous review, I have the following to add: 1. Your offer was 1,200 euros cheaper than another one I had received. Since you also mentioned the word 'initial', it means that there was an additional offer. So, in total, your initial and additional offer, we end up with a price that is 600 euros more expensive than another one I had received. So my claim is not only false. If you have an objection, you can simply look at your emails. I would like to add that the price analysis was done on your own initiative. 2. The training was not as much as you mention, which despite this fact I do not find the reason to mention since my objections have no reference to it. Of course, in your offer you clearly state 'up to 3 hours of free technical support' and specifically that training is included without any time limit stated. So how did it exceed a limit that you have never set? Another inappropriate comment of yours on something I have not mentioned. 3. As you can see, I have not mentioned anything about the delivery time, so you are probably putting your company in a difficult position by saying that you are late. The comment about whether I am a great entrepreneur also only lowers the level on your part and has nothing to do with this specific criticism. Another comment on your own initiative that is not based on what I said. 4. All the problems started with the fact that I am not happy with the website that you have delivered to me. Also with the fact that while you clearly blamed an employee of yours who has left your company, you did not take responsibility to correct his mistakes. That is where my discomfort lies, in the additional charge for a mistake that has arisen from an employee of yours. 5. The dates I mention are clearly related to the hosting of the website and not the domain. You can also verify by taking a look at your emails. Another random initiative of yours in a report that I have not made. 6. Your answer confirms that your behavior does not give room for any positive comment and unfortunately neither does your professionalism. I hope that in the next negative review response you will try to respond a little more specifically to your customers' comments instead of focusing on characterizations."
