"The location is good if you have a view of the park from your window. The developer made several mistakes, the most serious of which is the lack of underground parking. The view of the complex from the park is quite natural."
"The house is very windy; the wind rose wasn't taken into account when it was built. There's no access to the park lake; you have to go 4 km around the main entrance. The area around the house is noisy, with lots of people with children always walking around. In summer, fall, and spring, the smell of barbecues and bonfires constantly wafts from the park toward the house, as the wind blows directly toward the house. There's a geopathogenic zone near the house, recognizable by the mold on the house opposite and the mistletoe growing on the diseased trees."
"Really cool residential complex. A large number of different layouts and area of dwellings, plus the location near the Vidradny Park are the indisputable advantages of this building. Nearby is a hospital, a small market, pharmacies, grocery stores, within walking distance of the Aviation University, the place is surprisingly convenient in terms of location. True, there are practically no vacant apartments left, and those that are available are unpleasantly surprising in their cost. Plus, there is a problem with parking near the building, there are more and more places! For such a class of residential complex, there should be underground parking. I personally like it very much!!!!"
"The building is conveniently located for both children and adults. Nearby is Otradny Park, with playgrounds and exercise equipment. A fair is held beneath the building every three weeks. The building is fenced off on the park side with a gate accessible only to residents. There's a playground in the courtyard. Also nearby are supermarkets, sports complexes, pharmacies, a hospital, kindergartens, and a children's entertainment center. The Heroiv Sevastopol tram station is also nearby."
