"As English JokerS, a language school working with hundreds of students each year, we feel obligated to share our experience with Social Elite so that other organizations can avoid similar situations. Our cooperation with this agency was deeply disappointing. After two months of work, promises and repeatedly shifting narratives about expected results, we suddenly received an email informing us that Social Elite “no longer operates in our industry”. It is difficult to call this anything other than unprofessional. We rarely invest time in writing negative reviews, because we believe in focusing on growth rather than frustration, but in this case we want to WARN other business owners. If you value your time, your finances and the stability of your operations, you may want to look elsewhere. The communication, reliability and delivery we experienced were far below any acceptable standard. Special mention to the team members assigned to our account: Martyna, Jakub and Daniel. Instead of transparent communication by phone, which we repeatedly tried to initiate, we were met with ignored calls and a sudden email as the only form of “closure”. This is not how professional partnerships are handled. We wish Social Elite luck, but we also hope that future clients demand more transparency and accountability.
